Amazing Facial Cleanser that Gives You A Rose

This facial cleanser from Japan comes in an amazing package which gives a rose every time you dispense the content. It is produce by Japanese skin care brand Kanebo Evita Cosmetics, and it is called "the Evita Beauty Whip". It is an anti-aging cleanser in a form of a foam and it dispenses in the form of a rose. It also has a gorgeous scent of roses.

The lid of the bottle has outlet that is designed to form the foam in a rose. There's a lid on the side that you need to gently push down and a rose will appear from the bottle. Just massage the foam on your face for about 1 minute and wash it with warm water.

It's pretty cool huh, unfortunately it is only available in Japan. Watch the video clip below it's mesmerizing.

What Do You Use to Remove Your Makeup?

When it comes to makeup remover I haven't tried a lot of products, I only gravitate on two "Ponds Cold Cream Cleanser" and "CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser." "Ponds Cold Cream Cleanser" has been on the market for a long time now that even my mom used it when she was on her teens. I use this cleanser a lot when I was young and still using it now.

It doesn't just effectively clean out dirt, makeup, and waterproof mascara it moisturize your skin too. It is hypoallergenic and doesn't clog your pores. It is also good for people with sensitive skin.

I apply it gently on my face and neck then wipe it off with a wet washcloth. I really love how "Ponds Cold Cream Cleanser" clean my skin, I wear waterproof mascara and eyeliner from time to time and it removes them off gently without hard scrubbing. It also moisturize your skin and will leave your skin feeling clean and soft after each use.

It smells good too! 

The other makeup remover product I use is "CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser". I use this product just recently and I do like it. But it's not as cheap as "Ponds Cold Cream Cleanser."

This product also removes dirt, oil and makeup. It contains ceramides and hyaluronic acid to moisturize, soften, and help repair the your skin barrier. According to their website, it is good for chapped and irritated hands, dry skin, eczema prone skin, facial cleansing, itchy skin, and psoriasis prone skin.

The formula is a clear gel liquid but it creates a foam once you apply it to your skin. It has pH of 5.5

It's a really good makeup cleanser but I'm not a fan of the smell.

Cebu City, A Short visit to the "Queen City of the South"

We attended a social function in Cebu city, and it's a quick visit which is unfortunate since we don't have time to visit tourists sites in Cebu city or spend some time on a beach. We did enjoy the huge malls in the city like SM City Cebu, the Ayala Center Cebu, and the SM Seaside City Cebu. The SM Seaside City Cebu is the newest and it is huge. It offers a lot of activities, shopping and dining choices. It is the 3rd biggest mall in the Philippines at 430,000 square meters.





The SM Seaside City Cebu offers a lot of choices for shopping and eating, you can also go ice skating in their olympic-sized ice skating rink, play bowling, or watch movies in the IMAX theater.

SM Seaside City Cebu's landmark is The Cube, a 21 meter by 21 meter steel sculpture that sits in front of the mall.


During our quick visit in Cebu city, we stayed at "Wellcome Hotel Cebu" which is near  Ayala Center Cebu. We stayed there for two nights. They have a swimming pool but they are rather small but that's okay since we are not there for swimming. Our room was a De Luxe room which is very spacious, clean and it was very decent overall though it was not luxurious. The breakfast at the roof-deck was surprisingly good and the view of the city was amazing.

They also offer Free WIFI and LAN Internet Access. This hotel offers clean and spacious room that is very close to a major shopping mall in the city at a very reasonable price. It's worth checking.
